Healthy oats berry apple

Ingredients :

1. 125g porridge oats 

2. 250g pouch cooked Merchant Gourmet Super Seeds with Quinoa & Chia 

3. 2 apples, coarsely grated 

4. 300g mixed berries, such as raspberries and blueberries 

5. ½ tsp vanilla paste 

6. 2 tbsp maple syrup 

6. 350ml unsweetened oat drink 

7. 6 tbsp Alpro Simply Plain

8. 2 tbsp almonds, toasted and roughly chopped
Seeded apple and berry overnight oats

Directions :

1. Mix the oats, seeds, apples, berries, vanilla paste, maple syrup and oat drink in a large bowl. Cover and chill for at least 5 hours or overnight.
2 . Stir well, then divide between bowls and top with the Simply Plain and almonds.
