Tuna tacos


1 tsp sunflower oil
237g pack tuna stir-fry with Amarillo peppers and soy
300g pack superbright stir-fry vegetables
4 essential wholemeal tortilla wraps, warmed, to serve
little gem lettuce, shredded
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tsp Cooks’ Ingredients crispy fried onions
Quick tuna tacos


1. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the tuna for 3 minutes. Add the pack of stir-fry vegetables and cook , until the vegetables are tender and the tuna is cooked through for a further 3 minutes.
2. Scatter each wrap with shredded lettuce, then top with the tuna mixture. Sow with sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle over the crispy onions to serve.
