Chicken Parmigiana with Penne


Ingredients:
·         4 oz grilled chicken, diced
·         1/2 cup tomato sauce
·         1 cup spinach
·         1/2 cup whole-wheat penne
·         1 1/2 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Chicken Parmigiana with Penne


Directions:
1.      Sauté spinach in one teaspoon olive oil, and toss with chicken, penne, and tomato sauce. Top with Parmesan.
